Introduction

Welcome to Primo Trade! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Primo Trade application ("App," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, refrain from using the App.

1. Description of Service

Primo Trade is an AI-powered mobile application designed to provide educational stock market analysis for users interested in learning about financial markets. The App uses artificial intelligence, including image recognition and multi-agent analysis systems, to help users understand stock market data and trading concepts.

Key features include:

• Stock chart recognition via camera using AI technology
• Educational analysis covering day trading, swing trading, and long-term investing concepts
• Technical indicator explanations (RSI, MACD, Moving Averages)
• Fundamental data presentation and interpretation guidance
• News sentiment analysis for educational context

Important: All analysis provided by Primo Trade is for educational and informational purposes only. The App does not execute trades, manage portfolios, or provide personalized investment advice.

2. User Accounts and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

By accessing the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. Users between 13-18 years of age must obtain consent from a parent or guardian to use the App. We are not responsible for unauthorized use by individuals under the required age.

2.2 Account Registration

Primo Trade uses Firebase Authentication for secure account management. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate information during the onboarding process, including your experience level and investment interests. This information is used solely to personalize your educational experience.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

3.1 Freemium Model

Primo Trade offers a freemium model with 3 free analyses per month. Additional analyses require a premium subscription.

3.2 Payment Processing

Subscriptions are processed through RevenueCat and the respective app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). We do not directly store or process payment information.

3.3 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store settings. Subscription changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.

3.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Please contact the respective platform for refund requests.

4. User Content and Conduct

4.1 User Data

Your analysis history and preferences remain your property. You can delete this data at any time through the App settings.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use Primo Trade to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Share your account credentials with others
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the App (bots, scrapers, etc.)

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Ownership

All design elements, software, algorithms, and technologies associated with Primo Trade are owned by or licensed to Tech Primo. This includes trademarks, graphics, AI models, and analysis methodologies.

5.2 User License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any analysis
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the profitability or success of any investment strategy

AI-generated analysis may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Always verify information through independent sources before making any financial decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECH PRIMO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any financial losses resulting from investment decisions made based on App content
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to your account
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months

You acknowledge that all investment decisions are made at your own risk and sole responsibility.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tech Primo from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Privacy

Your use of Primo Trade is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of Croatia, as applicable. You agree to waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
