These terms are an agreement between you and Primo Technology Ltd., the studio that runs techprimo.ai. You can reach us at the address under Contact.
What the Site Offers
techprimo.ai presents our apps, how we work and our blog, and lets you write to us through a contact form. Reading it is free and needs no account. The site sells nothing: our apps are downloaded from the App Store and Google Play, and each app has its own terms, linked from that app's page under Products.
We may add, change or remove pages at any time. Links to other sites, the app stores included, lead to pages we do not run, under their own terms.
Who May Use It
Anyone may read the site. To send us a message through the contact form you should be at least 16, as our Privacy Policy explains.
What You Send Us
What you write to us stays yours. We use it only to read and answer your message, as our Privacy Policy describes. We do not publish it, and we do not use it to train any AI model. Please do not send us anything you have no right to share.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the site or its contact form for anything unlawful, to send spam, abuse or malicious code, to get around the form's limits, to scrape the site in a way that burdens it, or to break into or disrupt it. We may block traffic that does.
Our Content
The site's text, design, images, logos and app names belong to Primo Technology or to those who licensed them to us. You may read the site, link to it and quote short passages with a link back to the source. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.
Liability
We write the site with care, but it is general information about our work, not professional advice, and it can contain mistakes or be unavailable at times.
We are fully liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, for death or personal injury, and wherever the law does not allow liability to be limited. In all other cases our liability is limited to the damage that is foreseeable and typical for a free website. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. A material change is announced on this page before it applies, together with the new date at the top. Since the site needs no account, you can stop using it at any time.
Consumer Law and Complaints
If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before its courts. Send complaints to the address under Contact; we answer within 15 days. You can also turn to an out-of-court consumer dispute body in your country.
