Who We Are
This policy comes from Primo Technology Ltd., the studio that runs techprimo.ai and makes the apps shown on it. We decide how the personal data described here is used, so we are its controller. We have not appointed a data protection officer, because our processing does not require one; privacy questions go to the address under Contact.
What This Policy Covers
This policy covers the website techprimo.ai: its pages, its blog and its contact form. It does not cover our apps, which each have their own privacy policy, linked from that app's page under Products. It does not cover the App Store, Google Play or any other site we link to, which follow their own policies.
In short: you can read this site without an account. Google Analytics measures how the site is used, with a cookie that expires after two hours. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message by email so we can reply. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
What We Collect and Why
Visiting the site
- What: your IP address, the address of the page you open, the time, your browser's user agent and the page that linked to ours. Every browser sends these with each request, and our hosting provider records them in its request logs.
- Why: to deliver the pages, keep the site secure and find errors.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a working and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time through the address under Contact.
Measuring visits
- What: Google Analytics 4 records the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser, an approximate location derived from your IP address (Google Analytics does not store the IP address itself) and actions such as opening an app's store page. Its cookie expires after two hours.
- Why: to see which pages and apps people read, and where they come from.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and understanding the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time through the address under Contact, or block the cookie in your browser.
We use no advertising or other tracking tool. Pages, fonts and images come from our own hosting, so reading a page sends nothing to a font or advertising service.
The contact form, and email you send us
- What: the name, email address and message you enter, including the app you pick if the message is about one. Your IP address is also held briefly, in the server's memory only, to limit how many messages one address can send.
- Why: to read your message and reply to it, and to keep the form from being used for spam.
- Legal basis: taking the steps you ask for, such as answering a question about one of our apps or a project (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us and in stopping spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The form delivers your message to our inbox as an email. The same applies when you write to us directly instead of using the form.
Who Receives It
These providers process data for us, on our instructions:
- Google Cloud (Firebase App Hosting and Cloud Storage) hosts the site, its images and the server that sends the contact form, and keeps the request logs. Google Cloud Privacy Notice
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC) measures visits as described above. Google Privacy Policy
- SiteGround hosts our email, so it receives and stores the messages sent through the form and to our address. SiteGround Privacy Policy
- Cloudflare runs the domain name system (DNS) for techprimo.ai, which points your browser to our hosting. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We disclose it to authorities only where the law requires us to.
Transfers Outside the EU
Google hosts the site and runs Google Analytics in the United States, and Cloudflare runs a worldwide network. Both are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which covers transfers to them; where it does not apply, the Standard Contractual Clauses in their data processing terms do. SiteGround is an EU-based company.
How Long We Keep It
- Server request logs: 30 days, after which our hosting provider deletes them.
- Analytics: Google Analytics keeps event data for no longer than 14 months.
- The IP address held for the form's limit: in memory only, until the form is next used an hour or more later, or until the server restarts, whichever comes first.
- Contact messages and our replies: until the conversation is finished and no follow-up is expected, then we delete them. A message that becomes part of an agreement is kept as long as contract and accounting law require.
Deleting Your Data
The site has no accounts, so there is nothing to sign up for or close. To have your messages deleted, write to the address under Contact with the subject "Delete my data", from the email address you used before. We delete them within one month and confirm by email, except anything the law requires us to keep, which we name in our reply. Accounts in our apps are deleted as each app's own privacy policy describes.
Children
This site is meant for adults. If you are under 16, please do not send us personal data through the contact form; ask a parent or guardian to write to us instead. If we learn that a message came from a child under 16, we delete it.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, so pages and form messages are encrypted in transit, and the form reaches our mail server over an encrypted connection. Only the people who answer our email can read the inbox. If a breach puts your data at risk, we tell you and the supervisory authority as the law requires.
Your Rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable form, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to the address under Contact; we answer within one month. These rights apply to everyone who writes to us, wherever they live.
Changes to This Policy
When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you already sent us, we tell you by email before it applies.
