Research first. Then build.

Every Primo app goes down the same path: find the demand, read the competition, try several directions, build with a team of agents, and ship to both stores from the terminal.

1 · Research

Before a line of code.

An app starts as a question people already search for. We measure that before we build anything.

Find the demand

Search volume and difficulty on the App Store and Google Play, and the same need in web search, with Astro, Sonar and DataForSEO.

Read the competition

Who earns in the niche, how fast newcomers grow, and what one-star reviews keep asking for.

Pick the markets

Keywords researched per locale, not translated, and prices set per country.

Store keywords, competitors and markets narrow down to one job worth building.
2 · Design

Several directions, then one.

Sketch the directions

Two or three versions of the key screens, compared on one design canvas before any of them reaches code.

Onboarding and paywall first

A short setup quiz, then value, trial and price, with variants we can switch without a release.

Three directions, A, B and C, with B chosen, leading into onboarding and then the paywall: value, trial, price.
3 · Build

A team of agents, one core.

Build with a team of agents

AI agents in narrow roles: builders write in parallel, reviewers read every change, testers run the app at phone size.

One shared core

Every app starts from the same Vue, Ionic, Capacitor and Firebase base, so a fix in one reaches the rest.

Builders, reviewers and testers work on a shared core of Vue, Ionic, Capacitor and Firebase that ships an iPhone and Android app.
4 · Store assets

Automated, then checked by hand.

Make the store assets

Screens captured from the running app, placed into Figma by our own plugin, exported for every device and locale.

Every few months, by hand

A person reviews every set for what automation misses: a changed screen, a headline that no longer fits.

An app screen goes through our Figma plugin to every device and every locale, with a manual review every few months.
5 · Ship

Released from the terminal.

Ship from the terminal

Builds, listings, uploads and review submission run from two command-line tools, the same way every release.

ascApp Store Connect · asccli.sh gplayGoogle Play Console · play-console-cli
With asc, an iPhone build goes through archive, upload, processing, review and release. With gplay, an Android build goes through validate, publish to track and rollout.

Listen, then repeat.

Reviews, crashes and usage decide what the next release fixes, and the path starts again at 01.
