  • Small thumbnail images are stored locally on your device as part of your valuation history
  • Images are not stored on our servers or transmitted to any party other than Google Gemini for processing

1.2 Ring Sizer Data

  • The optional Ring Sizer feature uses your camera to estimate ring or finger size from an image
  • Ring sizer images are processed for measurement only and the resulting size estimate is handled the same way as other image data described above
  • No biometric profile is created or stored, and ring sizer results are not transmitted to any party other than Google Gemini for processing

1.3 Valuation Data

  • Valuation results, including identified jewelry names, estimated market value ranges, and confidence levels, are stored locally on your device
  • Associated metadata such as timestamps and item categories is stored alongside each valuation
  • A limited number of valuation records are retained on your device, with older records automatically removed

1.4 Market and Pricing Data

  • To estimate value, the App queries third-party marketplace and web sources for comparable resale and used-market prices of the identified jewelry
  • Only the item description derived from your image is used for these queries; your photos are never shared with marketplace or web search providers
  • Retrieved pricing data is used solely to generate your estimate and is not stored long-term on our servers

1.5 Preference Data

  • App preferences such as language settings are stored locally on your device
  • No personal profile data is collected or transmitted

1.6 Analytics

  • We collect anonymized usage data through Firebase Analytics, including screen views, feature usage events, and user properties
  • No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected during this process

1.7 Premium Features

  • For users who purchase premium features, we utilize RevenueCat for subscription management and payment processing
  • RevenueCat may collect data related to transactions as outlined in their Privacy Policy
  • Users are anonymous by default; no account registration is required

  • Item Identification: Camera images are processed by AI to identify the item and its key attributes
  • Value Estimation: Identified item details are used to retrieve comparable market prices and generate an estimated value

  • No User Accounts: Primo Jewels does not require account registration; users remain anonymous by default
  • Temporary Processing: Images sent to Google Gemini AI are processed in real-time and are not stored by us
  • Data Limits: Valuation history is automatically trimmed to manage device storage
  • Security Measures: Industry-standard security practices protect data transmission to third-party services

5. User Rights

  • Access and Deletion: You can view and delete all your data through the App's settings. Uninstalling the App also removes all locally stored data from your device
  • Camera Permissions: You can revoke camera access at any time through your device's system settings
