It \u003Cstrong>cannot tell you whether a product is truly vegan\u003C\u002Fstrong>, and a result is \u003Cstrong>NOT a laboratory analysis, a certification, or professional advice\u003C\u002Fstrong>.\u003C\u002Fp>\n                    \u003Cul>\n                        \u003Cli>Results can be wrong in both directions: a product containing an animal-derived ingredient can be shown as having none, and a fully plant-based product can be flagged\u003C\u002Fli>\n                        \u003Cli>The App reads the declared ingredients. It cannot detect cross-contamination, shared production lines, or an animal-derived ingredient that the label does not declare\u003C\u002Fli>\n                        \u003Cli>The App does not know how an ingredient was produced. An additive such as E471, a natural flavouring, a colour, or a processing aid can come from a plant or from an animal, and a label rarely says which\u003C\u002Fli>\n                        \u003Cli>The App does not know whether a product, or any ingredient in it, was tested on animals, and a verdict says nothing about that\u003C\u002Fli>\n                        \u003Cli>Manufacturers change recipes, and a product record or a photographed label can be out of date, so the pack in your hand is the only current source. Results may also vary with photo quality, lighting, angle, glare, folded or curved packaging, and labels in languages or scripts the App reads less well\u003C\u002Fli>\n                        \u003Cli>Not a vegan certification. Always read the pack yourself, and contact the manufacturer when the origin of an ingredient matters to you, whatever the App shows\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003C\u002Ful>\n                    \u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Not an allergen check and not for emergencies:\u003C\u002Fstrong> The App reads labels for animal-derived ingredients. It does not give dietary, ethical, or professional advice. Vegan and allergen-free are different questions, and the App answers only the first, so a verdict must never be used to decide whether a product is safe for someone with a milk, egg, fish, or shellfish allergy. If you are having a reaction to something you ate, contact your local emergency services immediately and follow their instructions.\u003C\u002Fp>\n                \u003C\u002Fdiv>\n\n                \u003Ch2 id=\"section-1-description-of-service\">1. Description of Service\u003C\u002Fh2>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    Primo Vegan is a mobile application that reads the ingredient label or the barcode of a packaged food from a photograph and reports \u003Cstrong>what that label declares about animal-derived ingredients\u003C\u002Fstrong>. The App is designed for everyday shopping and general reference.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n                \u003Cp>Key features include:\u003C\u002Fp>\n                \u003Cul>\n                    \u003Cli>A verdict read from a photograph you take or choose from your device library, presented with the reason for it and never as a certification that a product is vegan\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>A barcode lookup against Open Food Facts, a public product database, where a barcode is readable and the product is recorded there\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>Artificial intelligence that transcribes the ingredients panel when there is no barcode, no record, or no ingredient list in the record\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>Scan history with thumbnail previews, held on your device\u003C\u002Fli>\n                \u003C\u002Ful>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    The ingredient rule set is compiled from published sources, including the definitions of vegan and vegetarian food set out in ISO 23662:2021. It is general reference material about ingredients, not an assessment of any particular product, batch, or production line.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    \u003Cstrong>Important:\u003C\u002Fstrong> every verdict is a reading of a declared ingredient list and is not guaranteed to be accurate. The App does not replace reading the pack, a manufacturer's own statement, a vegan certification scheme, or advice from a qualified professional where an allergy or a health question is involved.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch2 id=\"section-2-user-eligibility\">2. User Eligibility\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n                \u003Ch3>2.1 Age Requirement\u003C\u002Fh3>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    By accessing the App, you confirm that you are at least \u003Cstrong>13 years old\u003C\u002Fstrong>. Users under 18, or under the minimum age of digital consent in their country, must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian to use the App. We are not responsible for unauthorized use by individuals under the required age.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch3>2.2 No Account Required\u003C\u002Fh3>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    Primo Vegan does not require account registration. We never ask for your name, email address, telephone number, or any other contact details, and we never ask you about your health or your allergies. Our analytics, attribution, and subscription providers do assign the installed App a random identifier, which the \u003Ca href=\"privacy-policy.html\">Privacy Policy\u003C\u002Fa> explains. Your scan history, and the onboarding answer about how you eat, are stored locally on your device.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch2 id=\"section-3-in-app-purchases-and-subscriptions\">3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n                \u003Ch3>3.1 Freemium Model\u003C\u002Fh3>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    Primo Vegan offers a freemium model with limited free usage. Additional scans and premium features require a subscription.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch3>3.2 Subscription Plans\u003C\u002Fh3>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    Premium subscriptions are available on a weekly or yearly basis. Introductory pricing and free trials may be offered at our discretion.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch3>3.3 Payment Processing\u003C\u002Fh3>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. We use RevenueCat to validate purchase receipts and manage subscription status on our behalf. We do not store or process payment information.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch3>3.4 Managing Subscriptions\u003C\u002Fh3>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account is charged on renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund a period already paid for, and subscription changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch3>3.5 Refund Policy\u003C\u002Fh3>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Please contact the respective platform for refund requests. This does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal or refund you may have under the consumer law of your country of residence.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch2 id=\"section-4-user-content-and-conduct\">4. User Content and Conduct\u003C\u002Fh2>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    You alone decide what you eat. The App reports what a label declares, and that decision remains yours and your advisers'.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch3>4.1 User Data\u003C\u002Fh3>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    Your scan history and preferences are stored locally on your device and remain your property. You can delete this data at any time through the App settings. On Android, the operating system may include locally stored app data in a device backup to your Google account, according to your own device and account settings.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch3>4.2 Prohibited Uses\u003C\u002Fh3>\n                \u003Cp>You agree NOT to use Primo Vegan to:\u003C\u002Fp>\n                \u003Cul>\n                    \u003Cli>Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including food labelling law\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>Decide whether a food is safe for a person with a milk, egg, fish, or shellfish allergy, or any other condition, in place of reading the pack\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>Support catering, food manufacturing, food service, or any other professional or commercial activity, including labelling or certifying a product as vegan or vegetarian, where a wrong reading could harm or mislead someone\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>Make or support any medical or clinical decision\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>Use automated systems to access the App (bots, scrapers, etc.)\u003C\u002Fli>\n                \u003C\u002Ful>\n\n                \u003Ch2 id=\"section-5-intellectual-property-rights\">5. Intellectual Property Rights\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n                \u003Ch3>5.1 Ownership\u003C\u002Fh3>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    The software, algorithms, App interface, and technologies associated with Primo Vegan are owned by or licensed to Tech Primo. This includes our trademarks, the AI models we use under license, and our rule set and methodology.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch3>5.2 User License\u003C\u002Fh3>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch3>5.3 Third-Party Content\u003C\u002Fh3>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    Product information shown for a barcode comes from \u003Ca href=\"https:\u002F\u002Fworld.openfoodfacts.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Open Food Facts\u003C\u002Fa>, a collaborative database maintained by contributors worldwide and made available under the \u003Ca href=\"https:\u002F\u002Fopendatacommons.org\u002Flicenses\u002Fodbl\u002F1-0\u002F\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Open Database License\u003C\u002Fa>. Individual product records may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and the rights in that data remain with Open Food Facts and its contributors, whose license, not these Terms, governs your use of it.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch2 id=\"section-6-disclaimer-of-warranties\">6. Disclaimer of Warranties\u003C\u002Fh2>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN \"AS IS\" AND \"AS AVAILABLE\" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n                \u003Cul>\n                    \u003Cli>Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any verdict, ingredient reading, or product record\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>Warranties that a product is free of animal-derived ingredients, or that a product record matches what is in the pack in front of you\u003C\u002Fli>\n                \u003C\u002Ful>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    \u003Cstrong>AI-generated readings may contain errors, including missing an animal-derived ingredient that the label declares.\u003C\u002Fstrong> The App is a reference tool and nothing in it is dietary, ethical, or professional advice. Read the pack, and ask a qualified professional whenever an accurate answer matters to your health, including where an allergy is involved.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch2 id=\"section-7-limitation-of-liability\">7. Limitation of Liability\u003C\u002Fh2>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    \u003Cstrong>Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.\u003C\u002Fstrong> Nothing in these Terms affects the mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    SUBJECT TO THE PARAGRAPH ABOVE, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECH PRIMO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n                \u003Cul>\n                    \u003Cli>Any losses, damages, or injury resulting from reliance on the App's verdicts, ingredient readings, or product records\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>Any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>Any damages arising from an inaccurate, incomplete, or missing reading\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months\u003C\u002Fli>\n                \u003C\u002Ful>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    \u003Cstrong>Assumption of risk:\u003C\u002Fstrong> you acknowledge that every verdict is a reading of a declared label that may be wrong, that the App cannot detect cross-contamination or an animal-derived ingredient the label does not declare, and that any decision about what you eat is made at your own risk and sole responsibility.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch2 id=\"section-8-indemnification\">8. Indemnification\u003C\u002Fh2>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tech Primo from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, reliance on any verdict or product record, or infringement of any third-party rights.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch2 id=\"section-9-privacy\">9. Privacy\u003C\u002Fh2>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    Your use of Primo Vegan is also governed by our \u003Ca href=\"privacy-policy.html\">Privacy Policy\u003C\u002Fa>, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch2 id=\"section-10-camera-photo-and-notification-permissions\">10. Camera, Photo, and Notification Permissions\u003C\u002Fh2>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    Primo Vegan requires camera access to function, and you may also choose an existing photograph from your device library. By granting these permissions, you acknowledge that:\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n                \u003Cul>\n                    \u003Cli>The camera is used to capture photos of product labels and barcodes for reading and analysis\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>The photo you capture or choose is sent to our service, which runs on Google Cloud, and the ingredients panel is read by the Google Gemini API. We do not store your photos on our servers. Google processes the photo under its own terms and we do not control how long Google retains it for that processing\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>On iOS, the App asks for your agreement before a photo is sent for AI processing\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>A barcode read from your photo is sent to Open Food Facts to retrieve the product record. Your photo is never sent there\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>The App requests no location permission and sends no coordinates of its own\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>A photograph chosen from your device library may still contain location data, a capture time, or device details that the camera which took it wrote into the file\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>The App may ask permission to send you local reminders, for example before a free trial ends. Those reminders are created on your device\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>You can revoke camera, photo, or notification access at any time through your device settings, which will limit App functionality\u003C\u002Fli>\n                \u003C\u002Ful>\n\n                \u003Ch2 id=\"section-11-changes-to-terms\">11. Changes to Terms\u003C\u002Fh2>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch2 id=\"section-12-governing-law-and-dispute-resolution\">12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n                \u003Ch3>12.1 Governing Law\u003C\u002Fh3>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of \u003Cstrong>Croatia\u003C\u002Fstrong>, without regard to conflict of laws principles. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch3>12.2 Dispute Resolution\u003C\u002Fh3>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of Croatia, as applicable. You agree to waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits, except where such a waiver is not permitted by the law that applies to you. Nothing in this section deprives you of the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where the mandatory consumer law of that country gives you that right.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch2 id=\"section-13-apple-app-store-additional-terms\">13. Apple App Store Additional Terms\u003C\u002Fh2>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    The following applies if you obtained the App from the Apple App Store. This agreement is concluded between you and Tech Primo only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the App.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Tech Primo, and not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claim relating to the App, including product liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation, and for the investigation and defence of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a United States Government embargo or designated as a terrorist supporting country, and that you are not on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch2 id=\"section-14-severability\">14.
