The App is designed for convenience and general-purpose estimation.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n                \u003Cp>Key features include:\u003C\u002Fp>\n                \u003Cul>\n                    \u003Cli>Weight estimation using camera and AI analysis (Digital Scale)\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>Dimension estimation (width, height, depth) using AR and LiDAR technology (Tape Measure)\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>Object counting using AI-powered image recognition (Object Counter)\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>Measurement history with thumbnail previews\u003C\u002Fli>\n                \u003C\u002Ful>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    \u003Cstrong>Important:\u003C\u002Fstrong> All measurements provided by Primo Scale are estimates only. The App does not replace certified weighing scales, measuring instruments, or professional measurement tools.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch2 id=\"section-2-user-eligibility\">2. User Eligibility\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n                \u003Ch3>2.1 Age Requirement\u003C\u002Fh3>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    By accessing the App, you confirm that you are at least \u003Cstrong>13 years old\u003C\u002Fstrong>. Users between 13-18 years of age must obtain consent from a parent or guardian to use the App. We are not responsible for unauthorized use by individuals under the required age.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch3>2.2 No Account Required\u003C\u002Fh3>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    Primo Scale does not require account registration. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n                \u003Ch3>3.1 Freemium Model\u003C\u002Fh3>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    Primo Scale offers a freemium model with limited free usage. Additional measurements and premium features require a subscription.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch3>3.2 Subscription Plans\u003C\u002Fh3>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    Premium subscriptions are available on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. Introductory pricing and free trials may be offered at our discretion.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch3>3.3 Payment Processing\u003C\u002Fh3>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    Subscriptions are processed through RevenueCat and the respective app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). We do not directly store or process payment information.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch3>3.4 Managing Subscriptions\u003C\u002Fh3>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store settings. Intellectual Property Rights\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n                \u003Ch3>5.1 Ownership\u003C\u002Fh3>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    All design elements, software, algorithms, and technologies associated with Primo Scale are owned by or licensed to Tech Primo. This includes trademarks, graphics, AI models, AR scanning technology, and measurement methodologies.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch3>5.2 User License\u003C\u002Fh3>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n\n                \u003Ch2 id=\"section-6-disclaimer-of-warranties\">6. Camera and AR Permissions\u003C\u002Fh2>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    Primo Scale requires camera access to function. By granting camera permission, you acknowledge that:\n                \u003C\u002Fp>\n                \u003Cul>\n                    \u003Cli>The camera is used for AR scanning, object analysis, and image capture for AI processing\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>Images may be sent to Google Gemini AI for analysis\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>LiDAR and depth sensor data is processed locally on your device\u003C\u002Fli>\n                    \u003Cli>You can revoke camera access at any time through your device settings, which will limit App functionality\u003C\u002Fli>\n                \u003C\u002Ful>\n\n                \u003Ch2 id=\"section-11-changes-to-terms\">11. Changes to Terms\u003C\u002Fh2>\n                \u003Cp>\n                    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
